These Terms of Service describe use of the Complete Auto Services LLC website and customer-service messaging. Vehicle inspections, repairs, purchases, payment terms and warranties are addressed in the estimates, authorizations, invoices and other documents applicable to the particular service. These website terms do not replace those documents or limit rights provided by law.
Website information and service requests
Our website describes services offered at our North Tampa shop. Contact us with your vehicle’s year, make, model and concerns to confirm suitability, availability, scheduling and pricing. A website visit, message or automated response does not by itself confirm an appointment, authorize repairs or provide a final diagnosis or binding repair estimate. An inspection may be needed before a firm estimate is available.
Service descriptions are general information. The work recommended for a particular vehicle depends on inspection, manufacturer requirements and vehicle condition. Ask the shop to clarify anything before approving work.
Prices and promotions
Published promotions apply only to their stated services, eligible vehicles, dates and other displayed conditions. Taxes, supplies and additional work apply as disclosed in the relevant offer and estimate. Do not assume that tire installation, alignment or other separate services are included unless the quote or offer expressly says so. Confirm the complete price with the shop.
Customer-service text and AI messaging
When you initiate a messaging conversation or request service-related messages, we use that channel to respond to your inquiry and provide related customer support. Messages may concern services, scheduling, requested estimates and service updates. Message frequency varies with your conversation and service needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Where Google Business Profile AI messaging is enabled, an automated agent may respond first. AI responses may contain errors or incomplete information. Ask for a shop representative or call 813-688-0708 to confirm repair recommendations, prices and appointment availability. Messaging is not monitored continuously, and replies may be delayed outside shop hours.
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP or contacting the shop. For assistance, reply HELP where supported, email service@completeautofl.com or call 813-688-0708. Choosing not to use messaging does not prevent you from contacting the shop or purchasing services. Messages are not intended as emergency assistance. Mobile carriers and messaging providers may limit availability or delay or fail to deliver messages.
Safe and appropriate use
Provide accurate contact and vehicle information, and use the website and messaging service for legitimate inquiries. Do not use them to send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or malicious content, or interfere with service operation. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or government identification numbers through ordinary messaging.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling for this website and customer-service communications. Google, mobile carriers, social platforms, towing providers and other independent services have their own terms and policies. Links to them are provided for your convenience.
Location and hours
Our main repair shop is at 10150 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33612. Current regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; Saturday by appointment only; Sunday closed. Oil changes are currently available in the main repair building. The separate Instant Oil Change building is opening soon. Confirm holiday hours and appointment availability with the shop.
